Hobonichi 2026 Layering Stickers - Yuri Sanae: Forest Lake - 2026

Set of layering stickers using graphic designer and illustrator Yuri Sanae’s drawings. There are two sheets of stickers in the set. The first is made from a transparent material. It includes swans, flowers, plants, as well as silver stickers that can serve as accents. The other sticker sheet consists of round shapes in the image of a lake made from a washi tape material and can be written on. 

While you can also use these stickers individually, by layering and combining these two materials―one a clear sticker that is sleek and sharp, and the other a gentle washi tape sticker―you can enjoy how they change their expression, freely making a collage.

Inspired by the quiet time spent reflecting with a Hobonichi techo, Sanae illustrated this lake, surrounded by countless flowers and animals in a flourishing forest. These stickers depict a swan that is elegantly drifting along, flowers and plants in varying shapes and colors, as well as the lake itself. The swans, flowers, plants and small round stickers are the perfect size for the monthly calendar. You can use them to decorate these pages alongside the daily pages.

Yuri Sanae is a graphic designer and illustrator from Memuro-cho, Hokkaido, now based in Sapporo. After graduating from Hokkaido University of Education, she worked in design before beginning her freelance career in 2023.
